If you’re like us, when you come across a recipe you want to try, you just want the recipe. We get it. So that’s why all of our recipes just have a quick description of what it is you’re making and then we get right to the good stuff — the ingredient list and directions.

Some things just go together. Cookies and milk, macaroni and cheese, eggs and bacon… Can you tell I’m hungry while writing this? These no-bake chocolate, peanut butter, coconut and oatmeal balls are dairy and refined-sugar free, and 100% delicious. And best of all, you don’t have to use your oven!

Ingredients: (Makes about 23 servings)

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup all natural crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup mini Enjoy Life chocolate chips

1/2 cup of agave

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.

2. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

3. Take dough out and roll into Ping-Pong sized balls.

4. Freeze for 45 to 60 minutes in an air tight container so they firm up and enjoy! (Keep stored in your freezer, as these get really soft at room temperature.)
