Before Logan, I used to think there’s just not enough time in the day to get every done that needed doing. Now that there’s a 3-month-old baby in the mix, that thing called extra time is even more of an anomaly. While we seem to be doing okay juggling the demands of life, there are a few to-dos that don’t get checked off—like the pile of laundry that seems to double overnight and more often than not my workout.
I always wake up with the best intentions of going to the gym. I even get dressed for it, figuring if I’ve already got the workout clothes on the likelihood of a sweat session happening increases. Somehow, though, by the time I get my bearings it’s 9pm and time for bed. The good news is there’s plenty you can do right at home, no equipment necessary.
Here’s a quick one, less than 20 minutes in fact, that can be done as soon as you put baby down for a nap. I was definitely sweating like I’d spent double that time at the gym.
